Physical TherapistTaylor Life Clark is a native of Mineral Wells, WV. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Hanover College. Before that, Taylor obtained her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training with a Minor in Sports Medicine from Concord University. She has been a licensed athletic trainer since then. While obtaining her bachelor’s degree, Taylor also played for the women’s soccer team.
Taylor has an interest in treating orthopedic and neurological conditions and enjoys working with patients who have had a stroke. She also enjoys treating athletes because of her strong background in athletic training and sports medicine.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys spending time outdoors and with her husband and family.

Client Care CoordinatorSarah has been a Client Care Coordinator with Mountain River since March of 2017. She has worked in our Pediatric clinic, Pars clinic and now works at the Mineral Wells location. She is responsible for scheduling, keeping track of insurance benefits and insurance authorizations to insure our patients get the most out of their visits.
Sarah grew up in Lubeck, WV and is a graduated of Parkesburg South High school. In her spare time she enjoys reading, drawing/painting, crochet, crafts and spending time with family.
She resides in Mineral Wells with her husband Tim.

Julie enjoys working with patients of all types, especially geriatric, pediatric and Neuro.
Julie lives in Washington, WV with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading and photography.
