Meet the Staff
Kelsey Mullen earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from West Virginia University. Prior to that, Kelsey obtained her Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Psychology from West Virginia University.
Kelsey is most interested in treating orthopedic, sports medicine and vestibular.
In her free time, Kelsey enjoys spinning, baking, and yoga.
Alisha Hayes graduated from Washington State Community College in the Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2005. She has worked in both outpatient and acute physical therapy settings. Additionally, she has worked at CCMC and currently with Mountain River Physical Therapy at the Mineral Wells clinic.

Alisha enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, reading, movies, and spending time outdoors.
Gage graduated from the West Virginia University Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program in 2021, joining the Mountain River team following graduation. Prior to this, he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from West Virginia University and a master’s degree in Health Sciences from James Madison University. He has a special interest in rehabilitating athletes from their various injuries, and he has worked with multiple sports teams at every level of competition from middle school athletics to the National Football League (NFL). In his spare time, Gage enjoys being with his friends and family, cheering on the Mountaineers, watching and playing soccer, running, and golfing.

… I recently used your facility for recovery from surgery on my spine. I think because of the great people there and their ability to really help and care for the patient’s needs, I was able to recover faster than normal.

Last week I was in Biloxi & Pascagoula, MS with other Wood County Habitat for Humanity folks putting new houses together… No major back or leg problems. An entire year has gone by without my needing your attention/care. I can now go up 2 flights of stairs without needing the railing.
