Her physical therapist took the time to explain how her home exercises would help during therapy and after. “I have continued using the exercises even though I have finished with my therapy.” She was happy with her therapy and everyone involved. Meet the Staff
Josh attended Marshall University while receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and Master’s degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in cardiac rehabilitation. He was employed by Cabell Huntington Hospital for 2 years gaining experience with cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, and exercise for people with diabetes. He continued his education at West Virginia University where he graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May 2009. He began his professional career at Mountain River Physical Therapy in June 2009. His passion is in orthopedic/manual physical therapy. He completed the Evidence in Motion Orthopedic Residency 2012, and became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2013.
Josh, his wife Rachel, and three children are currently living in Annamoriah, WV. When he is not in the clinic, he will be found spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys hunting and fishing in the outdoors of Wild and Wonderful West Virginia.
