Meet the Staff
Nikki graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 2001 with a B.S. in Athletic Training. In 2003, she graduated from East Carolina University with a Master of Physical Therapy.
Nikki has practiced for 15 years in a variety of settings with WV Birth to Three being her passion.
Nikki’s hobbies and interests include being a 4H volunteer, camping and spending time with family, especially supporting their kids in 4H activities and drumline.
Nikki and her husband, RJ, have been married for 17 years and have two daughters, Tessa, 14 years old and Maggie, 13 years old.
Stephanie graduated from Marietta College with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine in 1996 and became a Certified Athletic Trainer through the National Athletic Trainer’s Association in 1997. She then attended West Virginia University and graduated with her Master of Science in Athletic Training in 2000 and a Master in Physical Therapy in 2007. Stephanie also completed the McKenzie Institute of International training, Part A, B, C, and D.
Stephanie has worked as a Staff PT with the Orthopedic Center of Virginia from 2007 to 2010, served with the West Virginia Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association as the Federal Affairs Liaison from 2008 to 2010, Travel PT/PRN PT from 2010 to 2013, Dynamic Physical Therapy from 2013 to 2015 and joined Mountain River Physical Therapy in July 2015.
Stephanie has received the following awards/accolades:
- Voted “Best in the Valley” by the readers of the Charleston Gazette Newspaper 2014
- Rural Health Education Program Scholarship
- Evan and Sallie Harris Scholarship
Stephanie’s hobbies and interests include enjoying outdoor activities and spending time with family.
