Clinic LeaderPlease join us in welcoming Heather Black Darby, MSPT, SCS, CSCS, who will be joining the Mountain River Physical Therapy team as the Clinic Leader of the Wheeling location in WV.
Black Darby brings more than 20 years of experience in the field of physical therapy. Prior to joining the company, Black Darby served as staff physical therapist in the Las Vegas Valley of Nevada. She has also held physical therapy positions with Sharp Coronado Hospital in Coronado, Calif. and in San Diego and New Orleans.
Black Darby received a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Science and a master’s degree in physical therapy from Ithaca College in Ithaca, N.Y.
Heather holds numerous certifications, including Conditioning and Strength Certified Specialist, Russian Kettlebell Challenge Certified, Kinetacore Trigger Point Dry Needling, and TRX Level 2 Suspension Training Certification, among others.

Prior to Heather joining us in WV, she held Running Form Clinics in Vegas and Northern Virginia utilizing her specialty in running related injuries.
Her hobbies are triathlons and spending time with her four-legged furry friends.
