Meet the Staff
Hanna graduated from Lake Superior College with an Associate of Applied Science .in the Physical Therapist Assistant program. Hanna enjoys reading, boating, exercising (running, HITT), hiking, shooting, cross country skiing, swimming, and yoga. She was raised from a very close, open hearted, caring, and energetic 6 member family with her parents, older brother, and triplet siblings.
Melissa has a BS in Biology and Broad Field Science at University of WI, Superior. In 2011, she earned a DPT at the University of MN School of Physical Therapy. She is ASTYM certified, Graston certified, and Level I manipulation certified. She is an avid cross fitter and weight lifter. She enjoys learning new things just for fun, she currently knits when she can, she bakes and is learning cake decorating. She loves health and fitness and helping others to their own health and fitness journey. She loves the outdoors in all seasons, water sports, snow sports as well as hiking and camping. Her and her husband, Brent, have two beautiful fur babies, French Bulldogs, Gertrude and Archie.
Nancy graduated from the College of St Scholastica with a Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy in 1979. She is also certified in ASTYM. She has experience in school PT consultant, pool program for neck and back pain, hydrotherapy for wound care, rehabilitation for spinal cord pain injuries and stroke, assisted in developing and running an industrial medicine clinic including FCA, work site evaluation and work hardening, pediatric physical therapy and orthopedic physical therapy. She enjoys pickleball, gardening, baking, and walking with her husband and 2 children.
Tom graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine with a Bachelor Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1979. He founded Kinesis Physical Therapy in 1989. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Minnesota American Physical Therapy Association, Private Practice Section, and Orthopedic & Sports Section. His emphasis includes orthopedic based training in manual therapy for the spine and extremities. Tom is also ASTYM certified.
