Athletes may come to one or both sessions. Athletes will be asked to schedule in advance week by week and not show up randomly for planning purposes.
Emphasis will be on running technique, starting block technique, hurdle technique, maintaining flexibility and mobility. Athletes will be given opportunity to strength train if currently strength training. This will not be weight lifting class.
High speed treadmill will be utilized for form running drills and limited incline training for appropriate athletes.
