Athletic Performance Training


Athletic Performance Training age 7 to 11 years old

Monday and Wednesday 4 pm*

Athletic Performance Training age 12 and above:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday 5 pm*

Athletic Performance training at the APC provides total athletic development. This program is group based training emphasizing developmental to advanced athletic movement skills, speed/explosion, strength/stability, flexibility, recovery and nutrition.

Athletes will be exposed to a large variety of age appropriate training techniques such as :

  • Technical running skills
  • Lateral speed and agility
  • Strength training
  • Balance and stability
  • Hand/Eye coordination

A large variety of training tools will be employed including:

  • Vertimax Jump Training System
  • Kettlebells / free weights
  • Agility ladders
  • Battling Ropes
  • BOSU / Physioballs
  • Plyo Boxes
