“Since you have been born, what has your body done for you? Since you have been born, what have you done for your body?” Your body is a temple, so it’s up to you to take care of it! The Temple Challenge is a 6-month fitness challenge to see how many goals you can accomplish and what steps you are willing to take to maybe… change your life! Every three weeks there will be a weigh-in, measurement, and progress check to each person’s fitness goals.
The first Temple Challenge ran from January-June 2014 and had over 100 participants. The second Temple Challenge had over 300 people taking part of the journey. TC4 that started in January 2015 had over 600 participants and the last TC had over 700 participants. Whether you are a beginner in the fitness world or consider yourself the fitness person of the year, this challenge would be a great fit for all! Each Temple Challenge participant will have the opportunity to train with our fitness instructor, Stacy Houser or a assigned Temple Challenge trainer. Throughout the week there are different scheduled times allotted where participants can come as many times as they desire. The first session is FREE, to see if this is a good fit for you!
