MRPT Athletic Performance Center will be offering technical shot-put and discus footwork clinics for middle and high school athletes. This class will be limited to 10 athletes and is closed once roster is full.
This program will consist of progressive footwork skills for throwing the shot-put and discus for beginner to expert level. Athletes will be introduced to the mechanical concepts of throwing correctly and receive feedback through video analysis. Athletes will learn proper warm up and event preparation skills and will be lectured in nutrition, recovery and mental preparedness.
Be technically prepared and build confidence to perform explosively in the up coming season!

January: 7, 14, 21, 28
February: 4, 11, 18, 25
Cost: $165.00. Must pay in advance. Must have 6 athletes for clinic to occur.
Athletes participating in concurrent APC programs will receive a 15 % discount for the throwers program.
