Ron Bucholtz, MA, PT, OCS

Ron Bucholtz graduated from Northwestern University in Chicago in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy.  Prior to that he attended graduate school studying anatomy, forensics and skeletal biology at the University of Chicago.  Ron received both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Anthropology from Washington University, St. Louis in 1986.  Ron has participated in numerous continuing education courses and taught in various settings throughout his career.

Originally from Colorado, Ron moved to Parkersburg in January 2005 and began working at Mountain River Physical Therapy at that time.  Before relocating to West Virginia, Ron was living in Baton Rouge, LA where he worked as a physical therapist and coached high school soccer.  Currently, Ron is serving as an assistant coach for the PSHS girls soccer team. Ron enjoys playing soccer and hockey as well as outdoor activities such as cycling, kayaking/rafting, skiing, backpacking and hiking.  He is also an active member of the WV Wildwater Association and a board member with Adventure Pursuit.
